We pick the best Central and South American coffees of the current harvest and combine them for a balance of acidity, body and sweetness. The blend is currently made up of washed process Guatemalan and Colombian coffees. Our tasters get caramel, toffee and dark chocolate, with more and more bittersweet cacao as the coffee is roasted darker. Appropriate for all brewing methods.

The idea behind this blend was to create a coffee focused on balance, sweetness, and versatility. The Meridian Blend hits all those marks and then some. Light roasts of this coffee bring out citrus, vanilla, caramel, and toffee, while darker roasts bring out notes of toasted hazelnut, bittersweet chocolate, brown sugar and sweet pipe tobacco. As a drip coffee the Meridian Blend is a total crowd-pleaser, but complex enough for customers looking for more. We also love this coffee as a bright and creamy shot of espresso with notes of caramel and toasted hazelnut.
